Magic Mending

Magic mending gives you knowledge of how items made of magic and items that  
are magically enchanted interact with the arcane magic weave.  Using this
information it is possible to coerce the magic weave into helping you fix or
mend an item.

In order to use this skill successfully, you must have (and currently be 
holding) an instrument that promotes and amplifies your ability to interact
with the arcane magic weave.
